Education:
Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s Degree) or an equivalent professional qualification, or certification in Sales & Marketing would be an added advantage.
Industry Experience:
Minimum 05 years, with at least 02 years with a global TMC (must) Proven experience in corporate sales. Analysing industry trends to identify ways to improve company products & services. Implementing and executing all sales action plans, maximizing business opportunities, focusing on Strategic Large Companies / MNCs / Global Corporations based in UAE, and having in-depth knowledge about the market.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the travel management space.
- Achieving targets through lead generation, cold-calling, face-to-face appointments, and networking.
- Build and nurture client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales teams to achieve targets.
- Ensure proposal documents are professionally represented and address all requirements.
- Track progress against targets on an ongoing basis and take necessary action with the Business Unit head to maintain efficiency.
- Ensure efficient and effective operating standards for sales administration, planning, and reporting systems.
- Develop and actively engage in client relationship building.

Minimum 8 years of GCC experience in the Travel industry, of at least 5 years with a global TMC: implementing and executing a comprehensive sales action plan, maximizing on business opportunities, and strategically focusing on high-volume travel spending from local and multinational corporations.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing a constructive sales pipeline while consistently striving to exceed and outpace the sales goals.
- Lead negotiations and close high-value deals with corporate clients.
- Monitor market trends and provide insights for decision-making.
- Developing strategic plans and liaising with key stakeholders to create and close sales opportunities.
- Achieving targets through lead generation, cold-calling, face-to-face appointments, and networking.
- Actively contributing to the growth strategy and wider business plan.

Industry Experience:
Minimum 7 years of GCC experience, preferably in Qatar in the Travel industry, executing a comprehensive action for sales and operations of Leisure, MICE and Educational Travel products. Maximizing business opportunities and strategically focusing on promoting Leisure, MICE and Educational Travel.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the Leisure, MICE, and educational travel.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, corporate partners, educational institutions, and event organizers.
- Develop tailored proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
- Achieve sales targets for Leisure, MICE, and EduVoyage offerings through direct sales efforts, partnerships, and negotiations.
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote the company's products and services.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns and promotions that support sales growth.
- Oversee the day-to-day operational aspects of Leisure, MICE, and EduVoyage services.
- Supplier Negotiation, to ensure best rates and services for clients.
- Mentor and guide junior staff, ensuring they align with company objectives and best practices.

- Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic will be an added advantage.
